Dr. Allan Hoffman, a recognized scholar and veteran human services administrator, has been appointed as president of Santa Barbara Graduate Institute (“SBGI”), known for its cutting edge graduate degree programs in somatic psychology, prenatal and perinatal psychology that focus on integration of the whole human being—mind, body and spirit. Dr. Hoffman assumes leadership of the institution today.

SBGI doctorate student Jennifer Tantia was recently interviewed on the popular Japanese radio show TokyoFM where she discussed her work as a movement and somatic psychotherapist.

SBGI joins The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP) as an affiliate of TCS Education System (TCS ES). TCS ES was founded in 2009 as a not-for-profit organization with a mission of preparing innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community.
